Draw to be held Tuesday July 22, 2008 at 7:30 PM at the TWIST complex in Washington Park.
Entry fees must be paid or your team will not be permitted to draw.

1st ROUND GAMES WILL BE DETERMINED BY OPEN DRAW - THE EARLIEST GAME WILL BE AT 8:00 AM ON SATURDAY. REQUESTS FOR SPECIFIC FIRST ROUND GAME TIMES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
1. Roster will consist of a maximum of 15 players. A player may not be on more than one roster.
2. Roster must be turned in before the first game, and cannot be changed.
3. Eligibility for the tournament is based on the ASA Slow Pitch Class B level of competition. Fast Pitch teams are not eligible. Eligibility of teams will be at the sole discretion of the Tournament Directors.
4. Each manager must have a copy of the birth certificate of each of his players for proof of age.
5. No infield practice before games. No warmup infield balls after the first inning.
6. Catchers must wear helmets with face protectors. Batters/runners must wear protective helmets. Bats that appear on the ASA non-approved bats list are not permitted in this tournament. Click here for the list of ASA non-approved bats.
7. In case of inclement weather, or emergency, the tournament may be delayed, postponed, rescheduled, or canceled. Everything possible will be done to keep games as scheduled. Any game interrupted by weather will be resumed at the point of delay.
8. Each team must sign an insurance waiver, assuming the responsibility for accident insurance on behalf of their players.
9. Unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated.
10. Any game that is protested in accordance with ASA rules will be suspended immediately, and a ruling will be made by the Tournament Protest Committee at that time. All decisions made by the Tournament Protest Committee will be final..
11. NO TOBACCO PRODUCTS PERMITTED ON THE FIELD DURING GAMES
12. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES PERMITTED AT ANY TIME IN WASHINGTON PARK
ASA rules will govern play in the Tournament with the following exceptions/clarifications:
1 The infield fly rule is in effect for the 15 and 18 year old divisions only.
2. The EP rule is in effect for all age divisions.
3. A team must begin a game with 10 players, and must finish with no less than 9 players.
4. Ten (10) run rule in effect after 5 innings, except for the Championship games.
5. Ground rules will be explained by the umpire prior to each game.

From Pittsburgh: Take I-79 south or Rt. 19 south to I-70 east to I-79 south to Exit #7, Laboratory. Turn right onto Rt 40 west. At 2nd traffic light, turn right into the entrance of Washington Park.
From Wheeling: Take I-70 east to I-79 south to Exit #7, Laboratory. Turn right onto Rt 40 west. At 2nd traffic light, turn right into the entrance of Washington Park.
From Mon Valley: Take I-70 west to I-79 south to Exit #7, Laboratory. Turn right onto Rt 40 west. At 2nd traffic light, turn right into the entrance of Washington Park.
From Waynesburg: Take I-79 north to Exit #7, Laboratory. Turn left onto Rt 40 west. At 2nd traffic light, turn right into the entrance of Washington Park.
