Registration for the SPRING 2026 Season is now OPEN!

ALL PLAYERS/PARENTS/GUARDIANS ARE REQUIRED TO READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION PRIOR TO REGISTERING.

Registration will remain open until all teams are filled. Players are encouraged to register and pay ASAP to guarantee a spot on a team. 

Roster spots will be filled as first-paid, first-served. After all available roster spots are filled, girls will be placed on a waiting list until a spot opens up or another team can be filled. Players are encouraged to register and pay ASAP to guarantee a spot on a team. Registration will close on March 6, 2026, or when all teams are filled. Refunds are not given once a player is rostered on a team. 

Additional teams will not be added to any age division until there is a volunteer that agrees to fulfill the role of Team Manager. If you are willing to volunteer and your child is registered for the waitlist please, then email the TWIST President, Brett Grandstrand, at [email protected]. Additional 10U, 12U, or 15U teams will not be added unless there is a volunteer willing to coach, as well as enough players, including pitchers and catchers. PER CVC RULES: Fastpitch teams can have no more than 2 out-of-district players per team. Slowpitch and 8U teams must have 75% of players rostered to the Trinity/Washington school district. District is determined by residence. Because of this roster rule and how the registration website operates, there is a chance an out-of-district child may be able to fully register for a team, but will not be eligible to be rostered on a team due to the out-of-district player spots being full. If this occurs, this child will be contacted by TWIST to pursue one of two options. 

Option 1: The child will be refunded the full registration fee immediately (minus the payment service fee) and placed on the waitlist. If a roster spot on a team becomes available for the player, then payment will have to occur within 48 hours of being taken off the waitlist per waitlist policy (see below). Option 2: The child will be placed on the waitlist and only refunded the full registration fee (minus the payment service fee) once the rosters are finalized and it is clear that the child will be able to be rostered on a TWIST team.

Please be aware, any girls that register and reside outside of the Trinity/Washington school district may be placed on a waiting list. Once a team for an age division is filled, all players will be placed on a waitlist until another team is available. Additional teams will not be added to any age division until there is a volunteer that agrees to fulfill the role of Team Manager. TWIST AGE DIVISIONS: Registration is based on USA Softball age groups as mandated by the CVC league. If a spring player will be requesting to “play up” into a higher age group, she must first register under the age-appropriate division. To initiate a formal request to “play up,” the parent/guardian must indicate "yes" during registration and include the requested age division. Requests will be reviewed after registration has closed. Requests will be granted if there is roster availability in the higher age division. Requests to play up may be denied at the discretion of the Executive Board should they see any safety concerns.

WAITLIST POLICY: If your child has been added to the waitlist for any age division, then please review the important details below. 

• Once added to the waitlist, your child is not guaranteed a roster spot. 
• If your child is in the Trinity or Washington School District, then the ability of your child to be rostered is based on both roster and Team Manager availability. 
•  If your child is not in the Trinity or Washington School District, then be aware that the ability of your child to be rostered is based on roster and Team Manager availability, as well as the number of out-of-district players on the waitlist before your child. CVC regulations dictate that fastpitch teams can have no more than 2 out-of-district players per team. Slowpitch and 8U teams must have 75% of players rostered to the Trinity/Washington school district.
•  Should a roster spot become available for your child, you will be notified by email with instructions on how to complete the registration. 
•  You will have 48 hours from the time the email is sent to accept the offered roster spot and pay the full registration fee. 
•  If you do not accept the offered roster spot and pay the registration fee within 48 hours, then you will forfeit your spot, and your registration will be canceled. The roster spot will then be offered to the next child on the list, and you will have to re-register your child in order to be added to the waitlist. 
•  Once added to the waitlist, please check your email regularly. The 48 hours starts from the time the email is sent. 

***If you have multiple children on the waitlist, know that there is a good chance one child may be offered a space, while the other(s) may not.***
