TWIST, Inc. is an all-volunteer, non-profit program that organizes and supervises softball leagues and teams for girls between the ages of 4 and 18.

Coach PITCH
TWIST offers recreational coach pitch for our 6 & Under and 9 & Under age groups. All games are played at TWIST fields with modified rules.

SLOWPITCH
TWIST offers recreational slowpitch for 13 & Under, and 18 & Under age groups with all games played at TWIST fields

FASTPITCH
TWIST also offers recreational fastpitch for 10 & Under, 12 & Under and 15 & Under age groups. These teams play in a traveling league, with home games played at the TWIST fields.
